Details:

The retreat runs Wednesday 24th September (from midday) – Sunday 28th September (after breakfast).

We begin on Wednesday with dinner at 6.00pm so you can travel, arrive and relax into your surroundings. You’re welcome to arrive from midday on.

There’ll be an introductory meeting after dinner to set the scene so you’ll be ready to dive in on Thursday morning.

We’ll finish after breakfast on Sunday to give you a chance to get home easily.

Accommodation is shared, unless you take the option to get a room nearby.

This is a great option if you’re shy on sharing. Richmond is small and so you’ll feel fully part of the retreat but have your own space. If you’re considering this option but want to talk it through, or want help booking, click here to get in touch and we’ll chat.

Our venue is a lovely old house, situated in some amazing gardens and grounds, with a short walk to the river. Bring walking/running shoes, and maybe your swimsuit for a dip?! Full suggested packing list will be sent on booking.

Food is delicious and plentiful, with all dietary requirements catered for.

Retreat cost:

Per person, all inclusive, with an additional Ascension Attitude at the teacher’s discretion:

Shared rooms at the venue – £495, including non-refundable deposit of £225.

Day rate (off-site accommodation) – £325, including a non-refundable deposit of £225.

This day rate includes everything (all meals, teaching, everything!) except for the price of your off-site room.

To give you an idea, rates start at £70-£80/night plus (depending on spec) so you can look to pay £280-£320 plus extra (£605-£645 plus total). Often, if you communicate directly, your host will give you a discount for a 4 night stay and the fact you won’t need breakfast (because our breakfast will be the best you’ve ever had. True!).

Should you change your mind, £225 of your payment is non-refundable. We will do all that is possible to fill your place and therefore refund you, but please understand if we cannot.

Full payment is due on Sunday 1st September.
