“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ― Jalaluddin Rumi
_______
I don’t know, but don’t you find that wonderful? You need no love – you are love. You need not gain wholeness – you are whole. You just need relax all the sanctions you’ve built up against it. Doesn’t that create a sense of “Ahhhhhh….”? Nothing to do, nowhere to go, nothing to get.
To quote another mystic, Meister Eckhart:
_______
“God is not found in the soul by adding anything, but by a process of subtraction.”
_______
You need not gain anything. It is the letting go, the return, the simply stopping and paying complete attention … that’s where you find fullness and potential.
For all things, look within.
It’s all about the inside. Dropping your limitations brings you to wholeness, and in the wholeness of being there is so much more you can do in life, and so easily.
So we have the where, but as for the when?
Our third mystic for today, Bhagavan Das:
_________
“It’s here now ... are you?”.
_______
All you have to do is show up to now.
Here it is:
The Truth, full and complete. The end of suffering. Just one big adventure from here on out … all within you, and right now.
You just gotta find yourself a way of cutting through the loops of worry and expectation and cement your attention to that place within, right now. I think Ascension is an incredibly simple and powerful way of doing that.
Simple!
Go well,
Arjuna
PS. Here's a video … 5 mins of goodness for you.
All about the 200% Life – balancing achievement and action with stillness and contentment.
It’s not an either/or between a life of achieving or a life of spirituality. You don’t have to pick.
In fact, it would be great if you went for both. Ultimately, that’s the only way https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnGQmtTujnA
