Meditation doesn't mean sitting still – part 2

“What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.”

— Meister Eckhart

Ascension is not an eyes closed practice.

Well, alright ... part of it is. But the purpose of eyes closed Ascension is so you can LIVE it: so you can be walking, talking, cooking, eating, working, driving, exercising, loving, reading, laughing – living your whole life in touch with stillness and presence.

Ascension clears the blocks and aligns you with who you already are. You don't need anything to be who you truly are. You don't need quiet, you don't need incense or music, you don't need anything ... if there is something, it is just a case of remembering you need nothing to be added to you. You are it.

Now, we understand. Sometimes "it" – the experience of You – feels more profound, more peaceful, more "certain" than other times. But the truth is it is always here, no matter what you are doing.

No matter what you are doing, there You are. Play, explore, set no expectations or insistences. Use your Attitudes and tune in. Ascension doesn't mean sitting still.
