Suffering takes practice

Suffering takes practice-2.png

Suffering does indeed take practice.

You weren’t born clinging to pain, full of anxiety, beating yourself up, worried, feeling like you’re not good enough, fearful … you learnt these things.

Which is great news, it’s reassuring.

Because suffering is a habit, ending suffering is also a habit. It’s a skill – so it takes practice, but practicing the right things mean freedom becomes your new habit: peace, clarity, ease and fun become automatic for you, whenever and where-ever.

It becomes a choice – which is phenomenal. It becomes your choice to suffer, or not.

How would that be? If you could clearly see your role in causing your own suffering, and instead your instinct and default is to choose for peace?

It is an incredibly easy and yet still effective way to live life. But like all skills it requires you to make it a priority.

Start right here, right now.
